This means the specialized paper needed to print the Marriage License Vital Records proofs is no longer available, as the printing source for this has closed its doors. This official Proof of Marriage is vital to each marrying couple in the event of a medical emergency, financial need, new employment, buying a home or notifying of marriage name change.The state's representatives are in the process of finding another source to print the thousands of requests, and in the meantime, copy numbers are limited per couple. Each county in the state either has days or a few weeks left of paper stock!
